TERMS OF SERVICE.

By creating an account or using Plume ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Plume provides access to third-party and open-source AI models for generating images, video, audio, and text, both through our web interface and our API. Generations are billed against prepaid credits.

Credits are purchased in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Each generation deducts credits at the rate shown for that model or effect. Prices may change with notice. Credits are not legal tender, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request to the contact below. Credits consumed by completed generations are non-refundable.

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:

• ━Content that is illegal, or that infringes others' rights
• ━Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors
• ━Deceptive deepfakes of real people intended to defraud or harm
• ━Malware, spam, or content that facilitates violence or harassment

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove content or cooperate with law enforcement where required.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by the underlying models' licenses and applicable law, the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with those model licenses and the law.

You grant Plume a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to deliver, meter, and — where you make a creation public — display it).

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may rate-limit or revoke keys to protect the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee availability, and third-party models may change or be discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plume is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
