ACCEPTABLE USE.

This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may create, upload, and share using Plume, operated by E2 Partners LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for your prompts, inputs, and generated outputs, and for ensuring they comply with this policy and all applicable laws. Plume is a tool; you are the author of what you make with it.

You must never use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• ━Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content depicting, or appearing to depict, minors — this is reported to authorities and results in immediate, permanent termination.
• ━Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people (including "nudify" or undressing uses).
• ━Content that sexualizes or endangers minors in any way.
• ━Deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals intended to defraud, defame, harass, or manipulate elections.

You also may not use the Service to create or distribute:

• ━Content that is illegal, or that infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• ━A real person's image, likeness, or voice without their consent.
• ━Hateful, harassing, or violent content, or content that incites or threatens harm against people or groups.
• ━Content promoting self-harm, terrorism, human trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of anyone.
• ━Instructions or material that facilitate weapons, dangerous goods, or serious physical harm.
• ━Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or spam.
• ━Impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation.

You must not:

• ━Circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any safety, moderation, rate-limit, or billing control.
• ━Access the Service by any automated means except through our documented API, or scrape the Service.
• ━Resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• ━Share, resell, or transfer account access or API keys.
• ━Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it using the report control on the creation, or email hello@e2partners.co. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, remove or restrict content, limit features, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice. We may preserve and disclose information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with law, enforce this policy, or protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or E2 Partners LLC. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content.
