Plume is operated by E2 Partners LLC ("E2 Partners LLC", "we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect and why. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service, including their disclaimers and limitation of liability.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (hashed by our auth provider).
- Usage: the AI edits and renders you run, timestamps, latency, and cost — to meter billing.
- Content: the room scans, floor plan images, room data, prompts, and other inputs you submit, and the layouts and renders generated. If you share a room by link, a read-only snapshot of it is visible to anyone with that link.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To operate the Service: authenticate you, run your AI edits and renders, meter and bill credits, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties we share with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers that run the Service:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — secure authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI model providers — to run the AI edits and renders you request (they receive the prompt, room data, or images needed for that request).
Each processes data under its own terms and security practices. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Retention
We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us below.
Cookies and advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Google Ads (gtag.js) to measure the performance of our advertising and to reach people who have visited the site; this may set advertising and analytics cookies.
You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level database security, and server-side-only secrets. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the contact below.
